Sports theme party & invitations

Recently I did a custom order for a friend who was having a combined birthday for all three of her boys who have birthdays around the same time (do it while they're young and don't mind was her theory!).  She decided on something 'sporty' since her boys are all into their sport, particularly basketball. 
This is what I came up with:

The party was last weekend, and unfortunately, I don't have too many photos to share, but I do love the orange lantern Mel made into a basketball...genius! 

My all time favourite detail of the party is actually not any of the paper goods, but Mel & her sister, fitting in with the theme, dressed as nerdy table tennis doubles! Don't they look great! It gives me a good laugh!
