On the weekend, my sister, who is getting married in less than four weeks, had her kitchen tea. All us girls (six girls in our family), and mum put on an afternoon tea honouring the occasion. Based on the invites I designed which you can see here, all food and decorations were based around this lemon theme.

Food was all yellow and white, keeping with the theme, and labels made with 'Polkadot Party Dots'

Straw tags inspired by Amy Atlas added a cute touch and even doubled as a way to keep track of your own cup (beats the old black Niko pen!)

Gorgeous shortbread cookies for party favours. Again using the 'Polkadot Party Dots' for centres.

Now the party's over and it's back to Christmas preparations again...
